The sudden closure of the A3020 between Newport and Cowes left residents and business owners confused and confronted with a variety of issues which should have been considered. The A3020 report signifies why local councils must synchronise with businesses and people before commencing large roadworks. Leveraging tools like Excel, Power BI, qualitative and quantitative research technologies, and integrated modeling frameworks, this project brought systemic insight into infrastructure disruption planning.
